Don't know what to do with them, I suddenly remember that chicken pies need those ingredient too and why not I try to make some. I followed Anggie's recipe and made my own pastry crust. It was quite easy to make and I was glad the crust turned out successful for my first try.

Once the pies were cooked, the whole house was filled with strong buttery aromas. I just can't help myself to take a deep breath every time I walked into the kitchen. Haha....
Very nice chicken pie that you have baked. The crust looked nicely brown. It doesn't look like your first trial. Keep up the good work.

DeleteThks Yan. I used that oven toaster (cannot adjust temperature)and was actually afraid my pie will burnt. I kept on checking my pies.

DeleteThe puff pastry actually very very easy to do le.....but need some energy to knead the dough.
DeleteSorry for the not so clear picture. Must be the flash go against the aluminum foil. Next time, u can make your own garlic fried chicken. Really nice smell (if u like garlic).

DeleteU should try making your own crust coz it is really easy to do. Easier than preparing the ingredient, wrap and bake the pies. haha
I love pies too. Definitely will try the homemade ones during the bake along. Yours look yummy.Good idea in frying the potatoes first...definitely will taste more 'heong'!
